Exactly what I think, no more, no less
This place has potential with its friendly staff and great location. But be prepared for a basic breakfast and issues like noise disturbances and outdated shower facilities. The air conditioning is an extra cost you might not expect, tarnishing an otherwise decent stay. Enjoyed the pool area, though!

The 2 bedroomed family room was very spacious. It was in a nice quiet location with parking. There was a good sized pool with childrens area, and a good choice at breakfast.
Poor shower curtain means everything wet in the bathroom which would not be too difficult to fix.

Very nice rooms, big and clean. - Wonderful pool and pool area. - Very nice people at reception. - Very quiet because of its location a bit outside Tsilivi.
Beds are too hard, but you can ask at reception for blankets to make them softer. - Breakfast very simple and if a bit too late, you don't find anything to eat. - A bit far to the beach.

The place was nice, but the breakfast was pretty basic and the drinks at the bar were a bit pricey. The staff were super friendly though!

Convenient location (especially if you have a car), clean and spacy rooms (daily cleaned), swimming pool available, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Adequate value for money in general.
breakfast too early (7.30-9.30) and quite basic. Room interior and its facilities were quite cheap and neglected (tv remote control was malfunctioned, shower was not working properly, no hot water after midnight). Not a huge problem for someone who is not expecting luxuries, however a basic renovation of the rooms and some new equipment would make a big improvement. Parking space was a dusty field (after 3-4 days car looked like it had been on Camel Trophy...) and with no sun cover

Good location, friendly, quiet and clean. Nice pool and bar.
Shower challenging, but ok.

It was just an optimal selection for a brief stopover in Tsilivi with good value. The pool area made for a nice afternoon with plenty of space to relax. Remember to book your sunbeds early, especially during busy days.

The staff were attentive. The junior suite offered fantastic mountain views, while the outdoor pool arranged for a fun family atmosphere. The hotel's location was peaceful, yet just a short walk from the vibrant town center.
The breakfast variety was somewhat basic, lacking options to cater to diverse tastes.

We booked a junior suite by the children's pool, and the room was super clean and looked brand new. It had two double bedrooms and a big bathroom with a shower. The spacious balcony was a nice touch too. Being on the ground floor meant we had less privacy and could hear noise from the patios next door. The maid didn't clean on certain days until late, kind of disruptive when we were getting ready.

The family room was spacious and accommodated us perfectly, with a nice balcony that provided a lovely spot to relax. The beds were comfortable, great for restful nights. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds available anytime.
WiFi connectivity was lacking.

missingWrote a review on 10 Augpoor breakfast
Breakfast options fall short, described as basic and repetitive with poor quality coffee. The pool bar pricing for drinks is high, charging 16 euros for two Jack and cokes, which can put a damper on your day. The shower facilities have issues. Ineffective curtains leave bathrooms prone to flooding, detracting from overall comfort.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I fell in love with the cozy family-run atmosphere! I reminded me of part of their family. The junior suite offered amazing mountain views, and the fresh local produce at breakfast was a delicious way to start each day!
